MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Appointments for consultations can be booked at the reception desks during opening times. If your preferred practitioner is not personally available, you will be offered an appointment with one of the other doctors.

Surgeries may from time to time be varied to cover gaps during sickness and holiday periods or to provide cover for emergency surgeries and hospital commitments.

Pre-booked surgeries - appointments may be made up to a maximum of three weeks in advance. Alternatively, you may telephone after 8.00am Monday to Friday when a number of 'same day' appointments are available.

OBTAIN A HOME VISIT?

Domiciliary visits for urgent and non-urgent problems should, whenever possible, be requested in person at reception or by telephone before 10.30am to allow time to plan visiting rounds. Visits will usually be made by your preferred doctor when he or she is personally available. It may be more appropriate at times, because of facilities and equipment available at the surgery or hospital, to arrange that patients attend the doctor for treatment.

All patients should ring to confirm whether their test results require further action - please telephone after 2.00pm.
