Our practice team aims to provide high quality healthcare and we will treat all patients with respect and dignity.
We understand that it can be frustrating when you have contacted the practice to request to speak to a GP and are asked to ring back the following day. This is necessary because we will have reached safe capacity and at that point the Clinician will only be able to deal with Acute Medical Emergencies and you will be asked to call back the following day.
During the last month it is apparent there has been an increase in callers using abusive or threatening language towards our staff when asked to call back.
The GP Partners appreciate that the Pandemic has been exceptionally challenging for our patients and we are experiencing a high level of demand for all our services.
The Partners request that callers refrain from using abusive behaviours and remind you that we adopt the NHS Zero Tolerance Policy.
