This year’s flu campaign is nearly upon us and we are asking patients who meet the eligibility criteria listed below to contact the practice to book a flu vaccination.
We have appointments available from 20th September 2021.
Eligible patients are asked to book an appointment by telephoning the practice on 01874 622121.
Please see below for confirmation of eligibility.
- Pts aged 65 and over
- Chronic heart disease, kidney or liver disease
- Diabetes
- COPD/Asthma
- Obesity (BMI 40+)
- Chronic neurological condition (ie stoke)
- Lowered immunity due to disease such as cancer or treatment with steroid/immune suppressing medication
- Frontline healthcare workers & carers
- Children aged 2 to 17 with long term health conditions
Children’s Vaccinations Eligibility
Clinics are to be advised and parents/guardians will be contacted when they become available for the following ages:
- Children aged 2 & 3 (date of birth 1 September 2017 and on or before 31st August 2019
