The GP Partnership would like to inform patients of its recent application to the Local Health Board to temporarily reduce its clinical sessions out of Sennybridge Health Centre.
Approval has been granted and as from Monday 4th December 2023 the Health Centre in Sennybridge will be open 3 mornings per week, opening Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays 8:30 to 12:30. These days also coincide with the days Sennybridge patients access their repeat medication.
The reason for the application is due to the practice having limited clinical team resources and the application is for a period of 3 months, with reviews being undertaken monthly and at the end of the 3 month period.
The Partnership has liaised with Llais and its local Patient Participation Group and will also use its practice website to keep patients informed.
